The location was incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

The check-in process was quite disorganized and unhelpful. I had difficulty accessing our room because the user instructions provided were not clear. Additionally, the coffee machine in the shared area was in dire need of maintenance, resulting in poor quality coffee during our stay.

The bathroom wasn't clean and carried a weird smell. I struggled with a broken window that wouldn’t close, ruining the privacy. Additionally, the breakfast vouchers disappeared on the last day, leaving me without a meal, and the room lacked necessary maintenance like fresh towels during my stay.

Great location right by a bus stop and plenty of shops and restaurants made exploring very convenient. The room was well-equipped and cleaned daily, making it comfortable after long days out. Stayed at amoroma suite for 7 nights, and it was fantastic! The suite was newly renovated and really lovely, making our stay perfect for enjoying rome while letting the kids play safely. Definitely get room 7 for a great experience!
